New concept of multi-view video in Android

The multi-window  such a useful feature at times when we attend to two applications at a time but the current Android operating system does not at least without any layer of customization ahead. Many users who have seen the fluidity and smoothness with which it works in the multi-windowtablet with Windows 8 have stopped to think about why do not we have something similar in Android?Maybe Google does not think that the time is useful for the type of use that is given to Android devices you may think it's not yet time to make the leap to devices that also focus on creating content and not only visualize but today we have good alternative uses for office use.
